This section is designed to assist all candidates preparing for examinations in Obstetrics & Gynecology in Ain Shams University at all levels of seniority, i.e MBBCh, Diploma, MSc or MD.
All the teaching staff of Ain Shams Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology shared in preparing this work with one goal in mind; that is to give sincere advice, free of charge, to all who need it.
The sector first explains a general strategy of tackling questions in the written exam. Then, all questions in previous exams are enumerated. Some questions were rephrased and may thus appear different from how they were originally put in the actual exam. These changes were made to clarify how the department staff think such questions should be put in any future exams.
Then another sector describes how each question should be answered. We intentionally put those answers in bullet form to encourage candidates to write in their own style and discourage them against molding their thinking into exact replicates.
Those answers are mere suggestions by senior staff of the department and should not necessarily have any correlation as to the mark obtained eventually by the candidate in the actual exams.
