A 38 years old, married, multiparous, admitted as an emergency case complaining of acute lower abdominal pain. The patient gave history of secondary infertility for the last 4 years.
She has a delayed period for 40 days, followed by irregular vaginal spotting.
On admission, temp. was 37.8°c, pulse, 100/min., BP 150/100 mmHg, Hb 9.5 gm/dl.

A 25 years lady, married for 4 years and had one living child 2 years old delivered by CS., presented to the Reception Room with a history of amenorrhea 6.5 months and gush of fluid per vagina which was repeated 3 times in the last 6 hours. Her

 

 

 

pulse was 82/minutes, blood pressure: 120/80 mmHg, temperature:            36.8°c. Abdominal examination revealed intrauterine pregnancy with a fundal level of ±30 weeks, FHS were heard counting 140/minute, uterus showed infrequent contractions.
